We looked at the desktop version of RoboForm Pro. However, Siber Systems offers a variety of versions. They provide browser-specific versions as well as mobile versions. They also have software designed specifically for Macs, iPhones and iPads.

From there it is just a matter of using the toolbar to log in to all your sites with one click. Not only can the password management software automatically fill in usernames and passwords, but also the Identities that you create to store all your personal information can be used for one-click, long form filling, which saves you time when filling in online forms and applications. Applying for a credit card, membership or even a job online is simple with this software; RoboForm can manage all of your personal information, from your driver's license number to your resume.
Another impressive feature is the SafeNote function. The SafeNote feature works like a notebook. You can securely store notes, documents, files and other information you would like to keep private. The possibilities are endless.
An interesting and helpful tool RoboForm includes is their bookmark organizer. This tool can save website URLs to sites that you want to automatically log in to as well as sites that you like to visit frequently. The bookmark organizer can easily move bookmarks around with a drag-and-drop tool, and the bookmarks can synchronize with their mobile versions.

Every time you create a new user login on a website, RoboForm Pro will prompt you to save and store the new information. Installing RoboForm Pro password management software could not be easier. From clicking the download link on the website to getting started with the process of importing your current user information takes less than two minutes. RoboForm works with all Windows platforms, including Vista and 7. In addition to being an application that you can open and edit, it also works as an integrated toolbar with Internet Explorer, Firefox and a few other web browsers. The next step is to create a master password, the one and only login you will ever need to remember again. Do not forget your master password; since RoboForm does not store your master password, you are the only one responsible for remembering your password for added security. Luckily, you can print copies of all information in your RoboForm database in the event that you do forget. Just make sure to keep these pages secure, perhaps in a safety deposit box.
Once you’ve installed the software and created your master password, you can either import your existing usernames from your browsers – if you can remember them – or you can enter them manually by filling in new Passcards for each online login you need to remember. Or it can automatically save usernames and passwords as you use them. This takes a bit longer, but over time you will have all of your URLs, usernames and passwords saved and ready for one-click logins.
Setting up Identities, or forms that contain and manage your personal information, allows you to store all your information, from addresses to phone numbers, or any custom fields that you create in the password management software. Simply designate the folders where you want your RoboForm Passcards and Identities stored and fill in the fields. For most users, the default selections are fine.
The database in RoboForm Pro is protected by your choice of several strong encryption algorithms, including AES, 3DES and Blowfish. As long as your master password is strong and remains a secret, no one will ever be able to access your securely stored information.
Using the generator to create passwords up to 512 characters long provides your logins with maximum security. These random sequences of letters, numbers and symbols would be difficult for a person to remember, but not for RoboForm Pro. Since passwords are automatically inserted into login fields, you will never have to remember them or laboriously type them in again.
It is wise to have information stored in multiple places. With RoboForm, passwords can be both backed up and restored. You can save a backup copy on your desktop or, using RoboForm Everywhere, you can store your information online. You can also print hard copies of all the data stored by RoboForm. Just be sure to keep those pages hidden or locked away securely.

They also provide product news and updates on Twitter. The only thing we would like to see them add is chat support for immediate assistance.
