Tray Safe Reviewer's Comments

Tray Safe has many features available to the user. All information can be found through a search function, transferred to portable devices and exported to other files. Although Tray Safe can perform all these functions, we found it difficult to use and time consuming.

The autofill feature is particularly cumbersome to use. Frequently, the program insisted it filled in the login fields, yet nothing ever showed up. There is something promising about Tray Safe but all too often we were frustrated with its quirks.

Tray Safe does provide tutorials, manuals and online guides to help the user through the process. Reading these materials is a requirement to understand how the program works. Additionally, they do not have one working email address. All of our emails were kicked back as undeliverable.

We also didn’t like that the software is not compatible with the latest version of Firefox and it changed our computer registry to launch every time the computer was turned on.
